The Federated Venture Alliance is the coordination layer that brings in specialized capability without requiring either organization to become everything.

There is now an integration: one CORE FLOW Transformation Program, Diagnosis through Dissemination, occupied with reciprocity. MetaMyth holds Diagnosis and Dissemination. Modern Ancients holds Discovery through Deployment. The twelve diagnostic dimensions remain the diagnostic. The seven phases remain the program. This is not a second CORE FLOW, not a funnel, and not absorption. The co-development agreement named what stays autonomous and what is defined together. The Deal Memo allocates the seven phases.
