How we hold your work
The work we do together can involve sensitive conversations, organizational realities, emerging ideas, relationships, decisions, tensions, opportunities, and material that is not ready, or intended, for public view.
We treat access to that intelligence as a responsibility.
Your working environment is not a public website. Access is limited to you and the people authorized to participate in your engagement.
Information from your work is not made public simply because it exists within the Field OS. When something is intended for public use, it is deliberately prepared and designated for that purpose.
The people working directly on your engagement may access the information they need to fulfill their role.
That can include your assigned Journey Consultant and other Modern Ancients team members supporting the work. Access is not intended to extend simply because someone participates elsewhere in the Modern Ancients ecosystem.
We use authenticated accounts, additional identity verification where appropriate, access controls, and activity records to help protect the integrity of your workspace and understand who has accessed protected areas of the system.
These measures support our responsibility to steward your work carefully.
Some of what we create together may eventually become a report, story, case study, opportunity, initiative, public resource, or other outward-facing expression.
That does not make the underlying working material public.
We distinguish between the intelligence used to do the work and the material intentionally prepared for broader participation or publication.
We do not describe the Field OS as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certified unless and until those certifications or requirements formally apply and have been established.
If your organization requires specific security documentation, contractual data protections, a data processing agreement, or another formal standard, please discuss that with us before providing material subject to those requirements.
